The Golden Eagle Festival is a must-see cultural highlight in Asia, celebrating the living traditions of Mongolia’s Kazakh minority. Held in Bayan-Ölgii province each September and October, the festival showcases the ancient art of eagle hunting. This September Eagle Festival Tour includes two full days at the festival and an additional day visiting eagle hunters’ homes, offering rare insight into their way of life. Guests can interact with trained golden eagles, hear stories from the hunters, enjoy traditional Kazakh cuisine, and photograph the dramatic landscapes of western Mongolia.

After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to the airport for your flight back to Ulaanbaatar. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your accommodation, bringing your unforgettable western Mongolia adventure to a close.
